But I am now back! I traveled and then got super busy with work and just failed to find the the time to blog. I visited Portugal and just fell in love with the countryside and the lovely warm people. It was a fun trip even if we didn’t get to cruise on the Douro which was the original intent! From Lisbon to Obidos to Sintra to the Douro Valley and ending up in Porto – all in all it was wonderful!

I took over 2000 pics during my travels and it will take me forever to cull them for the keepers. But these were some shots that were taken just to share 🙂

Traveling is good for the soul. Even if it is just to a nearby town, getting away and exploring makes for a wonderful adventure. Do it, your psyche will thank you ♥

Fantasy Faire opened today in Second Life. One of the most popular and most successful events each year, Fantasy Faire is a megaevent fundraiser for Relay For Life of Second Life. It consists of 14 sims created by a group of fantasy creators – each with a different look and theme. Within the 14 sims, you will find some of the most amazing fantasy creations for sale. Each creator was asked to produce at least two unique and new items for a 100% donation to Relay For Life. As you walk from one fantasyworld to the next, you will be immersed in lands that take your imagination in so many directions. The Faire is open until May 1 so be sure to visit, buy lots of items from the RFL vendors, drop linden in the kiosks, and just let your avatar and mind wander.

ROQUAI and *NAMINOKE* have joined together to bring a beautiful set to the 2016 Fantasy Faire. A beautiful petal outfit that covers and swirls all around your avatar including the wings from *NAMINOKE* paired along with some amazingly artistic poses from ROQUAI. These can be found on the Echtra sim at Fantasy Faire until May 1.

She moves gracefully down the stairs. Her eyes focused on finding the quickest way to the door. The night had not gone as planned but does it ever? The guy seemed so charming on paper, via instant and text messaging. Was her ability to recognize the signs so disabled due to the hurt of the past? Or was this one just that kind of jerk that can play the game so well? At least she has learned to arrange for her own transportation and can make the very needed escape…back to her cozy safe cocoon…
